With decades of experience in civil engineering as our core expertise, PUTEVI AD Uzice has also established a strong presence in building construction, delivering turnkey projects that meet the highest international standards. Our capabilities are reflected in over two million square meters of constructed space, a testament to our expertise, reliability, and ability to achieve exceptional results.
In 2008, 45 years after our founding, the company embarked on MEGA projects, entering a new chapter where our technical excellence and dedication translated into projects that shape the future.
Complex projects, tight deadlines, and immovable delivery dates—this is what sets us apart. Our focus on these challenges has positioned us as leaders in constructing state-of-the-art, high-profile buildings, many of which have been nominated for international awards and have become architectural landmarks. We take pride in building the future, day by day, with a vision that transcends boundaries.
For the 2014 XII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, we delivered over one million square meters of high-quality construction in just six years. Our dedication, expertise, and efficiency left a lasting mark on facilities that now stand as symbols of Olympic spirit and engineering excellence.
In 2013, through a government-invited competition in Russia, we began collaborating with Herzog & de Meuron, Pritzker Prize-winning architects. This partnership resulted in the Skoltech – Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow, which in 2018 was awarded the UNESCO Prix Versailles as the Best University Campus in the World. The project exemplifies flawless execution of world-class architecture, combining visionary design with technical mastery, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
Since 2017, we have continued collaborating with leading Russian architectural studios, including SPEECH (Sergei Tchoban & Sergey Kuznetsov), Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners, and ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio & Patrizia Viel). These projects, now in their final stages, are poised to become part of Moscow’s architectural heritage, further demonstrating our commitment to creating iconic, lasting structures.
Today, the buildings we have brought to life are not only functional spaces for users and visitors—they have also become part of professional literature, exhibitions, and architectural discourse. These achievements embody extraordinary skill and experience, leaving a legacy that will inspire and guide future generations.
