PUTEVI AD Užice produces asphalt at two strategic locations: Surduk near Užice and Drenovska Reka near Prijepolje.

Surduk Asphalt Plant

The Surduk plant, located within the Surduk quarry in Užice, is a modern asphalt production facility with a capacity of 160 t/h, manufactured by the German company Benninghoven.
Key features include:

• Bitumen storage tanks with a capacity of 150 t
• Stone flour silos with a capacity of 100 t
• Fuel oil and diesel tanks of 50 t each
• Finished asphalt silo with a capacity of 150 t

The plant has an average annual production of approximately 80,000 t of asphalt.

Drenovska Reka Asphalt Plant

The Drenovska Reka plant, located a few kilometers upstream from Prijepolje along the main road Užice–Prijepolje, is equipped with machinery from the German manufacturer Teltomat, also with a capacity of 160 t/h.
Key features include:

·        Bitumen storage tanks with a capacity of 150 t

·        Filler silo with a capacity of 75 t

·        Fuel oil tank with a capacity of 50 t

·        Finished asphalt silo with a capacity of 360 t

The plant has an average annual production of approximately 50,000 t of asphalt.

Both asphalt plants manufacture asphalt mixtures fully in accordance with the Standards and Technical Conditions for Construction, using limestone and igneous aggregates. Each plant has a fully equipped asphalt laboratory that monitors the quality of produced and installed asphalt mixtures. All laboratory activities are supervised by an accredited testing institution, which issues official quality reports to ensure compliance with all legal and technical requirements.
