PUTEVI AD Užice operates two concrete plants, located at Mačkat and Bela Stena, which function as independent technological systems for high-quality concrete production.
The Mačkat plant is integrated within the precast elements facility – “Mačkat Concrete Base”. The plant, manufactured by Liebherr, has a theoretical production capacity of 80 m³/h, with a mixer of 2,250 l total capacity (2,000 l working capacity).
Key equipment includes:
- 4 aggregate bins
- 2 cement silos
- Potable water supply from the local water network
The plant’s annual production reaches approximately 10,000 m³, of which around 6,000 m³ is transported to construction sites within an 80 km radius.
The precast concrete facility offers a wide range of products, including:
- Precast reinforced concrete pipes (R600, R1000)
- Precast retaining walls (“New Jersey” type)
- Precast prestressed concrete girders up to 36 m in length
- Standard concrete channels
All products are regularly tested and certified according to legal regulations and market requirements. Detailed product information is available in the company Product Catalog.
The Bela Stena plant, manufactured by Progres Mladenovac, has a theoretical capacity of 35 m³/h, with a mixer of 750 l total capacity (500 l working capacity).
Equipment includes:
- 5 aggregate bins arranged in a distribution star
- 2 cement silos of 60 t capacity
- Well water supply for concrete production
The annual production of the facility is around 6,000 m³, of which 5,000 m³ is delivered to construction sites within an 80 km radius.
A new concrete plant is currently being installed at the same location, manufactured by Imer Group. Its features include:
- Theoretical capacity: 60 m³/h
- Mixer capacity: 1,500 l total / 1,250 l working
- Cement, water, and additive dispensers
- Pre-dosers for 5 fractions of aggregate
- Up to 4 cement silos with a total storage capacity of 265 t
Both concrete plants produce all types of concrete commonly used in civil and building construction. Mix designs are based on prior and ongoing quality control testing, ensuring that the required properties of the concrete are met with 100% reliability. All dosages are verified by the IMS Institute – Concrete Center, and a permanent representative supervises production at the plant. The capacity and technology of these concrete plants allow the rapid placement of large quantities of concrete in structural works, minimizing interruptions that could negatively affect concrete quality.
