Our specialized steelwork workshops, apart from the maintenance fitters assigned to plant and machinery servicing, operate at two locations: within the Mačkat concrete plant and as a separate fabrication facility in Kosjerić.
Our workshops carry out the fabrication and assembly of metal formwork systems for:
- Bridge crowns and structural crowns
- Various types of formwork for precast concrete elements
- Formwork for beams and precast reinforced concrete elements (both conventional and prestressed)
- Scaffolding systems used in construction works
Mačkat Workshop is equipped with:
- Hydraulic press for metal forming
- Pillar drill
- High-speed metal cutting machine
- Sheet metal cutting and bending machines
- CO₂ welding machines for high-quality metal welding
Kosjerić Workshop additionally has a CNC machine for precision cutting and metal processing.
This advanced equipment allows fast, precise, and efficient fabrication of metal elements according to project specifications.
The Mačkat steelwork workshop also maintains machinery and equipment used in construction operations, including:
- Injection machines
- Shotcrete machines
- Road maintenance machinery and equipment
Steelwork assemblies are also fabricated for traffic signs and equipment and other supporting civil engineering structures, demonstrating the workshops’ versatility and integration into broader construction projects.
