Reinforcement Workshop “Mačkat”
At the Mačkat Reinforcement Workshop, we operate advanced machinery for cutting, bending, and processing rebar, including equipment for straightening thinner reinforcement profiles and machines for bending reinforcement meshes. These machines allow fast, precise, and high-quality execution of all reinforcement works.
In addition to the above-mentioned machinery, we would like to highlight the MEP robotic machine for the production of reinforcement cages for reinforced concrete piles (up to Ø1500 mm). These elements are manufactured in accordance with design specifications, with high production speed and precision. The MEP robotic machine enables the connection of longitudinal reinforcement and spiral wound reinforcement into a fully welded, ready-made reinforcement cage for reinforced concrete piles.
Comprehensive expertise in the fabrication of reinforcing steel, including cutting, bending, assembly, and the production of prefabricated reinforcement cages, is required for the proper execution of reinforcement works.
Reinforcement assemblies are used in reinforcement works during the production of reinforced concrete elements and concrete products. Complete reinforcement cages are manufactured for reinforced concrete drainage channels L = 2 m (medium and large cross-sections), reinforced concrete channels L = 4 m, reinforced concrete pipes Ø600 and Ø1000, conical reinforced concrete pipes Ø600/Ø1000, and precast reinforced concrete “New Jersey” barriers of L = 2 m and larger, up to L = 6 m.
Reinforcement is also assembled for reinforced concrete girders, beams, and prestressed concrete girder structures. The installation of reinforcement may be performed on site or by using previously fabricated reinforcement cages.
The above-mentioned processes and working methods at the “Mačkat” reinforcement plant enable fast and precise reinforcement production and its installation into the designed reinforced concrete elements.
