“The Union of Architects” awarded the architects of SPIČ for the Novatek project on Leninsky Prospekt in 2023 with the highest national award in this field, the “Grand Prix Golden Section.” The award was received by Anna Martovitskaya, PR Director of the company.
The new Novatek office building is also the recipient of the "International Architecture Awards" 2023 in the office buildings category, awarded since 2006 by The Chicago Athenaeum together with The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and Metropolitan Arts Press.
“Creating a sculpture and creating a painting are two different tasks, but in architecture they are connected,” said architect Choban. The Novatek building actually demonstrated the sculptural quality of the façade, brought to the highest level of decoration through stone relief and the curves of the transverse bands.
