Employees in the technical preparation of the road maintenance service are responsible for the coordination and supervision of activities performed as part of road maintenance. The job involves coordinating with other services and subcontractors, establishing good communication and cooperation with all parties in road maintenance, including investors, supervisory authorities, suppliers and road maintenance operatives.

The most responsible part of the job consists in collecting and processing construction documents, creating plans for regular maintenance on an annual and monthly level, working on electronic processing of ID reports, reporting to investors according to all required data and creating temporary, accounting and final situations. Good mutual cooperation and compliance with all standards and deadlines required by the investor is the most important for quality work in the service. Gudurić Gordana - B.Sc.
